“You might be surprised to find out I spent the first 25 years of my professional career in the theatre. And while I agree that it’s an unconventional career path, the skills I’ve gained working on either side of the velvet curtains have proved indispensable in this second act of my career. My extensive work as a professional performer and coach has given me the ability to connect deeply with other humans when it comes to relating, communicating and making them feel seen. Especially in wedding season (I can also give a mean pep-talk, when needed.) I’m honored to have found an artistic medium that is both grounding and exciting, peaceful and imaginative and above all, something I can share with others. The bard said it best: 'All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players.' I’m honored to be a playing part in your flower journey.”

CONCORD COLLAB: June 20th
We’re proud to be part of something exciting right here in our hometown! In collaboration with our trusted colleagues—Team Merrill of CMG Home Loans and fellow REALTOR® Katie Oddy—we’ve launched the Concord Collab Home Tours, a monthly event where local agents can preview new listings and share them with their buyers. It’s a fantastic way to build community, generate buzz, and give our clients’ homes even more exposure.

Shannon Mounsey:
As we roll into summer, our team has been busy behind the scenes planning some exciting client appreciation events—starting with Petals and Pours in June! We’ve also had an incredible response to our monthly Concord Collab Home Tours, a fun and collaborative effort with fellow agent Katie Oddy of KW Metro and Meghan Merrill and Dylan Wheeler of CMG Home Loans to spotlight new listings in the greater Concord area. In May, I was grateful to help a variety of clients—from first-time homebuyers finding their perfect place, to a family landing their dream home, to investors growing their portfolios, and even sellers heading to sunnier skies. Working on prepping some amazing new listings in our area. On a personal note, we’re soaking in the joy of having our oldest home from school in Connecticut, while our youngest wraps up his final year of middle school and counts down the last few weeks of school—having all four of us under one roof again is the best! We’re looking forward to lake days at camp on Winnipesaukee, cozy evenings around the Solo Stove with friends, early dog walks to the boardwalk for coffee and smoothies, and making the most of every moment we get to spend together as a family this summer.
Carolyn MacLeod:
May was a full and exciting month! I celebrated my 9-year wedding anniversary with a special trip to Florida, partnered with a talented brand designer to elevate my new transaction coordination business, and have been working on a beautiful new listing in Concord that I can’t wait to share.
Kyle Pettit:
As summer quickly approaches, I’m looking forward to spending more time outdoors- whether by the water, on the course, or working on some yard projects. Most importantly, I’m especially looking forward to a few trips down south to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some quality time with family in our favorite spots outside of New England.
Katie Proulx:
This season marks my first summer in my new home, and watching the garden burst into bloom has been pure joy. Mornings with coffee and fresh flowers have become a new favorite ritual. Between showings across the beautiful state of New Hampshire and helping clients find their perfect place to call home, I’ve also had the honor of joining the Board of Directors at Jean’s Playhouse in Lincoln. Supporting theatre education and performance, something close to my heart, feels like coming full circle. Here’s to a season of growth, connection, and creativity.
