It’s been amazing to see our team support so many wonderful clients lately. One recent highlight: we helped a seller close on his home as he heads into retirement and a new chapter in sunny Florida. In addition to traditional sales, we’ve also been hard at work securing off-market deals—four in the past month alone! In a competitive market like this, creativity and strong connections can make all the difference, and we’re proud to go the extra mile for our clients.
Looking ahead, we have some exciting and truly unique listings hitting the market this month—each one with its own story to tell. If you’re thinking about making a move, now’s a great time to start the conversation.
On a personal note, we’re just a few weeks away from opening up our camp on Lake Winnipesaukee for the summer. I’m looking forward to getting the boat back in the water and enjoying evenings around the campfire with friends and family.

The early arrival of spring has brought some wonderful opportunities—I've had the pleasure of helping a young couple and their newborn find their perfect home here in New Hampshire, close to their family. I've also been working with a few other families as they prepare for their upcoming moves. With warmer days ahead, I'm looking forward to plenty of time outdoors—tackling yard work, beginning my marathon training, getting in a few rounds of golf, and enjoying quality time with my wife and our Bernedoodle.

Early spring was filled with moments I'll always treasure. I had the honor of helping a wonderful gentleman retire to Virginia with the support of two amazing investors, and the joy of helping a first-time homebuyer find her perfect condo in beautiful Goffstown.This spring, you’ll find me in the garden, clearing the way for new growth, or hiking the trails and soaking in the beauty of the Lakes Region — feeling so grateful for it all.

Womenade of Concord is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of providing immediate, short-term financial assistance up to $500 to individuals and families in need, who reside in our service area. All donations are tax deductible and 100% of donations received go directly to someone in our local community.
